I love these types of books. It’s a great way to read new authors and get an idea of whether you like their style. Before reading this book, I was only familiar with Camy Tang and Margaret Daley, both of which, I love! But in this book I met four more authors that I will continue to follow and read.
Although the stories have predictable endings each story provided an interesting and engaging story. Unlike some novels by multiple authors, these stories are independent of each other. Each story featured characters that were hurting and in need of healing. I think in every story there was at least one character I felt deeply for their pain or could relate with their pain.
I can’t decide which story was my favorite as they all had aspects that made me enjoy them. The first two stories felt a little unresolved and I wanted to know more about what happened to the characters.
Disclaimer: I received a review copy from the authors in exchange for my honest opinion.
