The Prodigy – Alton Gansky

I really enjoy Alton Gansky’s books, especially the Perry Sachs and Madison Glen series’. But The Prodigy is a stand alone story of a special little boy. A boy who is a genius but also senses things in people. Not only does he sense when they’re sick but their motives.

Reminds me of a Tedd Dekker/Bill Bright book Blessed Child. However, Toby, has no concept of God in the beginning of this story unlike Caleb from Blessed Child.

This is a classic tale of Good vs. Evil that is well written story with a happy ending of course.

I love to read, especially mystery books. Though in the past couple of years I’ve been a part of the ACFW Book Club and have found some wonderful writers. It’s been fun to interact with authors.
