Light, entertaining, fun. Those are three words I would use for most of the books I’ve read by Kristin Billerbeck, and when I’m reading them that’s exactly what I’m looking for. I usually turn to something light, entertaining, and fun after reading a “heavy” story like, Abomination by Colleen Coble or something by Wanda Dyson.
Regardless, of the fact I can’t relate with most of the women that Kristin Billerbeck writes about, I do enjoy the stories. After book one I don’t find Ashley Stockingdale as engaging as the girls from the “Spa Girls” series, I’ll probably find myself reading book two sometime in the future.
What I like about Kristin Billerbeck is her characters ask the important questions about where God fits into their lives.
A good read when you looking for something light and easy to read.
