“Remember the Promise… Save my children…”
All Thomas Kent wants to do is die… but a mysterious e-mail and a voice from the past stir him to fight for his life and the lives of a family he doesn’t know. The leader of a powerful and dangerous cult threatens the country’s future and Thomas holds the only evidence for its destruction. As the cult’s plan enters its final phase, Thomas must cast his fear aside and act before it’s too late.

This story gives us an unwilling hero, a damsel in distressed, an evil villain all in an action packed story that will keep you engrossed from start to finish. There will be a couple of parts that you will probably see coming, but they are so enjoyable when they happen.

Not only is this a good story that will touch many emotions, but there are deep spiritual truths regarding forgiveness, especially the importance of forgiving one’s self.  Mr. Pence also tackles the very difficult subject of why bad things happen to God’s people. I appreciated the job he did this delicate topic and his words provide comfort.

I look forward to the opportunity to read more from this author.  To learn more about the very talented James Pence visit his website at: http://www.jamespence.com/
