—Craig Groeschel

Hard to Pronounce, Easy to Discover

Chazown (kha-ZONE) is the Hebrew word for the dream, revelation, or vision God was thinking about when he made you. You’re one of a kind, placed on earth with a plan that’s yours alone to carry out. God isn’t hiding it. He wants you to know and embrace it!

Fulfilling your chazown is one of the most enjoyable, rewarding things you’ll ever do—because the blueprint is customized by your architect, the One who knows you best. That doesn’t mean it’s always easy though, which is why author Craig Groeschel provides plenty of battle-tested ways to stay on course.

Why waste another day aiming for the wrong target—or none at all? Take your first steps toward pursuing God’s chazown for you!

My Review

I was first introduced to Craig Groeschel when visiting friends in Oklahoma. LOVE his preaching. It’s down to earth, practical, and centered around the Word of God. So when I had the opportunity to review his book, I jumped at it!

Craig writes the way he talks. Which makes this book down to earth, practical with a message that is centered around God’s Word. He breaks down the idea of “Chazown” (which honestly just use the word vision) into bite size pieces that give you time to think and ask yourself “How does this apply to me?” “What is my vision?” “How am I using my spiritual gifts?” Which the book does include a link so you can take your spiritual gifts assessment.

This book will encourage and challenge you.

I think this would make an excellent study for high school or college age students. It would be great for any age really but I love the idea of college students reading this and thinking about the life ahead of them.

I received this book from Blogging for Books for this review.

I love to read, especially mystery books. Though in the past couple of years I've been a part of the ACFW Book Club and have found some wonderful writers. It's been fun to interact with authors.

Welcome! I appreciate your thoughts!
