I must admit, I like Terri Blackstock’s more recent writings over her older ones. (Sorry Terri) This is a good story, it is a familiar story of love lost and love gained and happy endings.
However, Terri Blackstock does a very nice job weaving a unique story. So even though you know how the ride is going to end, it’s an enjoyable ride all the way through. The characters in this story are extremely believable. You have two people who are stubborn and prideful and you see the consequences of that stubborn pride.
The thing I like most about this story, is the story behind the story. How God can redeem our mistakes and turn them into something worthwhile.
